## About

Kosher India was founded by Leron and Binyamin. Leron grew up in India for 24 years and holds a PhD in Microbiology; she brings deep, authentic knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture. Binyamin grew up 22 years in France, is passionate about food and programming, and contributes his knowledge of French culinary traditions.

Both Leron and Binyamin are Shomer Shabbat and Shomer Kashrut. All meat used is Mehadrin kashrut (including Rav Machfud certification), and all chicken is Mehadrin. The food is genuinely authentic Indian home cooking — not the tourist-style overloaded-with-spices version found in restaurants.

## What We Offer

- **Kosher Indian Cooking Workshops** — Private hands-on cooking classes at the client's home. Leron comes to you, brings all the ingredients, and teaches you to cook authentic Indian dishes so you can recreate them yourself. Dishes include: lamb curry, butter(less) chicken, masala chai, fish dishes, puffs, samosas, chapatis, naan, pani puri, and more.
