Meet Leron & Binyamin
After being immersed 24 years in the vibrant culture and flavors of India and in a kosher world, Leron wants to share her passion with you: cooking and make you discover Indian food. She knows everything, including lamb curry, butter(less) chicken, masala chai, fish dishes, puffs, samosas, chapatis, or naan, and she delivers every dish with authenticity and love. 👁️ 🌶️ She is also a PhD in Microbiology, her other passion. She married Binyamin, also a food passionate, who grew up 22 years in France and also shares his knowledge on French food, when he is not on his computer programming!
Mehadrin Kashrut & Shabbat
Both Leron and Binyamin have been Shomer Shabbat and Shomer Kashrut since forever. We use Mehadrin Kashrut for our meat and poultry (such as Machfud). For us, kashrut is not just a certification — it's a way of life. And through it, we love sharing the discovery of authentic Indian food in all its richness and depth.
