What do you do?
We prepare Kosher Indian food and teach you how to cook it.
What makes you unique?
Authentic tastes straight from India, using generations-old spices and methods.
Is Indian food very spicy?
Not necessarily. We adjust spice levels precisely to your palate, from extremely spicy to mild.
What do we get in a workshop?
A full experience: we arrive with all raw materials, tools, and spices, cook together, and enjoy a wonderful meal.
Do you have Kosher certification?
Both Leron and Binyamin are Shomer Shabbat and Shomer Kashrut. We strictly use Mehadrin Kashrut for meat (like Machfud) and Mehadrin for chicken. We can use your kitchenware or bring our own Kosher ones.
Is Indian food only for vegans/vegetarians?
Not at all. We offer meat, dairy, or pareve/vegan workshops.
How long is a workshop?
Usually 2-3 hours, depending on the chosen workshop.
Where do you travel?
We travel across Israel upon coordination, incorporating travel expenses.
